Objective: To determine changes in blood sugar levels pre and post chemotherapy. Method: This research was obtained using a purposive sampling technique, where the respondents (research subjects) selected as respondents were clients suffering from acute lymphoblastic leukemia who met the following inclusion criteria: acute lymphoblastic leukemia patients undergoing chemotherapy. Results: From the research results it was found that there were changes in blood sugar levels in Acute Lympoblastic Leukemia patients undergoing chemotherapy. The results obtained by researchers in An. K pre-chemotherapy GDP 112 mg/dl, post-chemotherapy results obtained at 2 hours PP 141mg/dl, in An. C, the GDP result was 79mg/dl, post chemotherapy, the GDP result was 117mg/dl, On An. M obtained a pre-chemotherapy GDP result of 95mg/dl and after chemotherapy he obtained a GDP result of 105mg/dl. It can be seen that the difference between pre and post chemotherapy blood sugar in An.K is 29mg//dl, while the difference between pre and post chemotherapy blood sugar in An.C is 38mg/dl, and the difference between pre and post chemotherapy blood sugar in patient An. M is 10mg/dl.
