Background: Cervical cancer (cervical cancer) is a malignant tumor that grows in the cervix (the lowest part of the uterus that attaches to the top of the vagina). Cervical cancer mainly attacks women between the ages of 35 and 55 years. Cervical cancer is cancer that starts from the cervix, which is the entrance to the uterus and the area of the female reproductive system which is located between the uterus and the reproductive tract (vagina). The main cause of cervical cancer is HPV (human papillomavirus) infection in the human body. Objective: To determine the physical changes that occur after chemotherapy is carried out in patients with stage III cervical cancer at RSUD Dr. Soedarso Pontianak. Method: This research is qualitative research with a case study research strategy. Data were collected through observation and structured interviews involving three participants, namely Mrs. A as participant 1, Mrs R1 as participant 2, Mrs. R2 as participant 3. The data was then subjected to domain analysis. Results: The results of the study obtained from Mrs. A, Mrs. R1 and Mrs. R2 with Physical Changes That Occur After Chemotherapy on Stage III Cervical Cancer Patients in the Postpartum Room at Dr. Regional General Hospital. Soedarso Pontianak. With almost the same main complaints, which include pain in the lower abdomen to the genitals and pain in the waist or hips, nausea, vomiting, no appetite, decreased weight, difficulty sleeping, blackened skin and hair loss.
