This research aims to determine EFL students' self-efficacy level during teaching practicum and identify the factors that influence it. By knowing their level of self-efficacy, EFL students can evaluate and develop their abilities to face the challenges of teaching practicum and increase their self-confidence. This research used a mixed method. The sample consisted of 33 EFL students from classes PBI 20A and PBI 20B batch 2020. The researcher used purposive sampling techniques to determine the samples and to collect the data using questionnaires and interviews. The data collected was analyzed using a statistical approach. The research results show that EFL students' self-efficacy level in the batch 2020 during teaching practicum is in the moderately high to very high category. This is indicated by the results of the questionnaire, which shows that the strength dimension has the highest score of 3.60 (very high), the generality dimension with a score of 3.40 (slightly high), and the magnitude dimension with a score of 3.0 (slightly high). The factors influencing EFL students' self-efficacy include mastery experience, vicarious experience, verbal persuasion, and psychological arousal. Future research is expected to involve a broader sample and examine EFL students' self-efficacy before and after teaching practicum.
