Resilience is an interactive concept that refers to an individual's environmental experience to overcome stress or adversity. This research highlights the importance of resilience in the educational context, especially in dealing with factors that cause challenges and stress experienced by EFL pre-service teachers. This study used qualitative methods with interview instruments. Data from this study were collected from 5 EFL pre-service teachers at a private university selected using several criteria, namely gender, placement, and regional origin who are currently studying teacher education, each of whom has a different educational background. The findings in this study describe the development of EFL pre-service teachers' resilience based on factors that can influence EFL pre-service teachers' resilience in shaping their character and ability to withstand challenges in the teaching and learning process. These factors are personal relationships, social relationships, and supportive relationships. Eventually, this study not only provides new insights into the factors that influence EFL pre-service teachers' resilience but also emphasizes the importance of support from various parties in helping EFL pre- service teachers develop the mental and emotional resilience needed to become effective educators in the future.
