Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Katolik Santo Agustinus Hippo. 2024. In the digital era, the use of social media such as TikTok has become popular among students. TikTok not only serves as an entertainment platform, but also as an informal educational tool, especially for improving language skills. Vocabulary mastery is an important element in improving students' English skills. The aim of this research is to find out the advantages of TikTok in improving the vocabulary mastery of English Language Education students, batch of 2020 at Universitas Katolik Santo Agustinus Hippo. This research uses descriptive qualitative method. In this study used two classes, namely class A and class B. The researcher took the population of these two classes totaling 54 students. For the sample, the researcher chose class B, as many as 18 students. Students were selected using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used Miles and Huberman’s theory to find out what are the advantages of TikTok on improving students' vocabulary mastery. After conducting the research and analyzing the data, the results showed that there are several advantages that have been found. The advantages are TikTok makes vocabulary learning more focus, TikTok makes vocabulary learning more fun and motivating, TikTok English vocabulary easily found by students, TikTok enables learning vocabulary anytime. It can be concluded that students have a positive perspective on TikTok in terms of improving students' vocabulary mastery.
