96 hlm.: Ilus.: 28 cm The aim of the research is to identify the Mulan character depicted in a scene in Niki Caro's movie using qualitative descriptive methods. The theories used in this research are Roberts and Josephson's theories. The research analysis of the movie Mulan, directed by Niki Caro, The data collection technique use in this research is documentations. In order to analysis the data, the researcher use Miles and Hubermans’ models. According to the findings in this research, the Mulan has characterizations such as bringing honor to the family, quiet, composed, graceful, elegant, poised, and polite, making great mistakes, having a chi equivalent to a man, and being a liar. Meanwhile, Mulan has six pillars character: responsibility, respect, citizenship, fairness, and trustworthiness.
