This research aims to determine the factors inhibiting students learning motivation
during the online learning proses during covid-19 pandemic. This research is
descriptive-qualitativw research with analysis of factors inhibiting students learning
motivation in the online learning process during the covid-19 pandemic for class
VIII A at SMPN 3 Jelimpo, to obtain data using questionnaires, interview and
documentation, data analysis carried out y researchers using Soegiyono theory. The
processing data that has been obtainde from respondents
The result of this research show that based on the analysis of data obtained from the
result of interview questionnaires with students, the implementation of online
learning plays an important role, especially for students to achieve learning goals
with all its impacts such as students learning motivation. The online learning
process meets standards, according to the conditions experienced, the learning
media used are in the form of applications such as WA (WhatsApp), google
classroom and zoom. The findings io the data from the results of distribution the
questionnaire by class VIII A students of SMPN 3 Jelimpo totaled 23 people.
